Details of the school dress code can be read in the student handbook.
What do I do if my child's uniforms don't arrive before the start of school?
We understand that uniform vendors are experiencing delays right now. Each campus is aware of the delays and will work with you until your uniforms arrive.
Are students allowed to have any type of backpack?
Is my son allowed to have long hair?
Life School does not have guidelines for the length of hair. The school’s dress and grooming standards are designed to teach grooming and hygiene, instill discipline, prevent disruption, avoid safety hazards, and teach respect for authority. Students must come to school cleanly and neatly groomed and wearing clothing that will not be a health or safety hazard to the student or others, and that will not distract from or interfere with the educational atmosphere of the school.
What is the prom dress code?
Each high school campus has a set dress code that is published in the spring each year. These guidelines are also given when students purchase prom tickets. If you have further questions regarding acceptable attire, please contact the campus administrator.
Can uniform bottoms be ordered from another store?
Shirts, skirts, jumpers, and modesty skirts must be purchased through approved uniform vendors listed in the Student/Parent Handbook. You can also visit our vendors from the uniform page on our website.
Can we customize our own uniforms?
Life School requires official school uniforms. For further details regarding dress code, please view the Student/Parent Handbook.
Does my child need to wear a specific color of shoes?
You can view the full dress code and uniform guidelines found in the Student/Parent Handbook.
Why do Life School students wear uniforms?
Life School requires uniforms to help create a culture in which students can focus their energy on their academics and not on what they are wearing. Uniforms help create equity in the classroom.
