Additional pay factors:
- + $500 for every year after 20 through 39 years
- + $1,000 ‐ Master’s degree (upon HR receiving original transcripts)
- + $1,000 ‐ Doctoral degree (applies to campus‐level positions only ‐ upon HR receiving original transcripts)
- + $1,000 ‐ Special Education
- + $3,000 - Life Skills
- Funds related to Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) or NBCT will be paid in addition to the district salary schedule in one lump sum in or around August each year. 90% will be allocated to the teacher earning the local designation, which will be inclusive of all employer benefit contributions including but not limited to TRS, TRS Stat Min and Medicare tax.
