An eighth-grade Life Middle School Waxahachie student, Jordan O’Neal, competed in the Advanced/Blackbelt 8-12 Female Power Board Breaking division at the prestigious U.S. Open ISKA World Martial Arts Championships. This highly anticipated event was held from July 4-6, 2024, in Orlando, Florida.

Life School is proud to announce that several Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) students have qualified to compete at the Educators Rising National Competition in Washington DC. Among these talented individuals are students from both Life High School Oak Cliff and Life High School Waxahachie, marking a significant achievement for the entire district.

When John Pathak’s parents moved him to Dallas from Nepal as a 10-year-old boy, it was only supposed to be for one year. But one year turned into two, and two turned into more than twenty. Now a principal at an architecture firm in Fort Worth, Pathak reflects on how his time as a student at Life School shaped his future, leading him to a fulfilling career that aligns with his personal and professional dreams.

This spring marked an exciting season for the girls and boys soccer teams at Life High School Waxahachie (LHSW). To finish the season, 3 girls and 3 boys were named to the All-Ellis County Soccer team for the 2023 season. Additionally, 1 girl and 6 boys were named Honorable Mention.
